GEN ART JOINS FORCES WITH BRAVO FOR CASTING OF NEW "FASHION SHOW" SERIES

Gen Art has team up with its partner Bravo Television, who it worked with to cast four seasons of "Project Runway", to find the new great emerging fashion designers for a new Bravo fashion design series.

The series is looking for the best emerging fashion design talent - including designers with their own collections, designers working for another's label or design students.

There will be castings in four markets as follows:

CASTING SCHEDULE:
Miami: Saturday, November 8
Chicago: Thursday, November 13
New York: Sunday, November 16
Los Angeles: 2nd Casting Date to be Announced Shortly

FRESH FACES IN FASHION THIS FALL IN 4 CITIES!

Gen Art, Blackberry & T-Mobile kicked off New York Fashion Week with the 14th annual Fresh Faces in Fashion Show on Thursday, September 4th. Over 1,400 guests attended the fashion forward event which was hosted by "90210" star Shannen Doherty. Joining Shannen in the front row in additions to important fashion industry press were Kevin & Jack from "Project Runway", "Real Housewives of NYC’s" Bethany Frankel, "The Bachelorette's" Graham Bunn with girlfriend Chrishell Stause ("All My Children") & Miss Teen USA Stevi Perry.

Fresh Faces continues to sweep the country with events coming to Fashion Weeks in Chicago hosted by "Fall Out Boys" Pete Wentz, Los Angeles hosted by Mandy Moore, and San Francisco this October!

10TH ANNIVERSARY STYLES RUNWAY & AWARDS SHOW

On May 19th, Gen Art celebrated its 10th Anniversary Styles Show before 1,500+ guests at the Hammerstein Ballroom.

On hand were master of ceremonies stylist and fashion commentator Robert Verdi and award presenters actress Sophia Bush and Project Runway runner-up Kara Saun. Also in attendance were Miss Universe Riyo Mori, socialite Casey Johnson and designers including Richie Rich ("Heatherette"), Lulu Frost and Project Runway winner Jay McCarroll.

THE NEW GARDE

Gen Art’s newest and wildly successful fashion program The New Garde will take place during New York fashion week in early February and Los Angeles in March. The New Garde is a fashion presentation featuring the Fall collections of three emerging designers in separate installations with live models wearing looks from each designer over a two-hour period.

This program has launched the careers of avant-garde designers Jeffrey Sebelia and Kit Pistol, (both of Project Runway fame), Geren Ford and FORM by Jerry Tam.
