What We Do
Gen Art is the leading arts and entertainment organization dedicated to showcasing emerging fashion designers, filmmakers, musicians and visual artists. With offices in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami and Chicago Gen Art produces over 100 events annually ranging from media generating high profile programs including a week-long film festival to star-studded fashion shows to the Vanguard Art Fair during Miami Art Basel, to more intimate programs such as art receptions and tours, film screenings and live music showcases.
Programming includes many events that are custom created with a single corporate partner. Examples include the 7 Fresh Faces in Film program with 7 For All Mankind, the three-city Acura "Capture the Night" Nightlife Photography Exhibition which helped launch the 2008 TSX, "Fashionably Natural" for SoyJoy during L.A. Fashion Week, the Kenneth Cole Black Party at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival.
Our Programs
Gen Art strives to provide access to not only film, fashion, art and music industry and press, but also forward-thinking people whose busy lives may not afford them time to research and get into the best and most cutting-edge cultural events in their city.
While many of our events are open to the public, many of the smaller more intimate events are only open to select Gen Art members. Gen Art Membership is a way to guarantee admission to a series of events throughout the year, even in multiple cities.

Our Structure
Gen Art consists of two main entities working hand-in-hand. Gen Art Productions is the for-profit production arm of Gen Art, responsible for producing all Gen Art events and raising all sponsorship support.
The second entity is the Gen Art Foundation, which is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity and not-for-profit corporation. The Gen Art Foundation is responsible for providing direct grants to talent, assisting talent in all ways, be it creating opportunities for talent to holding a business seminar for talent. As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity, the Foundation can receive tax-deductible donations from individuals and foundations. The Gen Art Foundation is also funded from the proceeds of all ticket sales from Gen Art events.
